We’ve been using Laundry Pick Up for a while now, and they are simply fantastic! Every Friday, they pick up our dirty towels, and by Wednesday, they’re back perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly folded—ready for use. I’ve been using Laundry Pickup consistently for multiple properties and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.
I’ll admit I had a pretty awful experience under the previous management (missed pickups, poor communication, and even lost linen), so I was nervous to retry the service.
But since Kirin stepped in, everything has completely changed.
Communication is one of his biggest strengths — he’s always responsive, keeps me updated, and lets me know straight away if there’s any damage or if something looks unfamiliar. As someone managing several short-term rental properties, that kind of care and attention makes a huge difference.
I no longer have to stress about missing items, delays, or unreliable service. Pricing is very fair, turnaround is efficient, and the quality is consistently excellent.
Friendly, professional, and genuinely dependable — exactly what you want (and need) from a laundry service. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with ‘Laundry Pickup’, super efficient and great customer service. My washing machine is broken and the tech was unable to fix it, so I had so much laundry.. I was desperate as I am a shift worker and needed all my uniforms washed by the following morning..Kirin called me straight back and was at my place within an hour to pickup my laundry. We agreed it would be returned the next morning . To my surprise a couple of hours later Kirin texted me and asked if I wanted him to drop it off that night. Kirin and his wife did such a great job with my laundry. And it was folded and packaged nicely, and the friendly service was so unexpected, I didn’t think service like this still existed. The pricing seems too cheap for the service they provide. I will definitely be using Laundry Pickup Sydney again in the future..
